This fudge cake is amazing. It is however very poorly named. It is not fudge, it is not cake. However it is chocolate and it is slice. It freezes well and is dangerously delicious. Consider yourself warned.

Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Base
450g Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1t Vanilla
2x 250g Wine/vanilla biscuits
3T Cocoa
Icing
50g Melted Butter
2T Cocoa
2C Icing Sugar
Hot water to mix
Method:
Crush the biscuits, I use a food processor, but in a bag smashed with a rolling pin is good too.
In a pot melt the butter. Take off the heat and add the sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the crushed biscuits. Press into a 20x25cm tin and chill till firm. Mix together the icing ingredients and pour over the top. Chill fudge cake again until set.
